We particularly enjoy bringing orchids in bloom for show and tell and our speakers often bring plants to sell. Growing in the desert is different and we can help you learn how to encourage your plants to bloom. Visitors are always welcome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We regularly<strong> meet on the third Wednesday<\/strong> in January through October. In November, the Society holds a fundraising plant auction. The auction is usually on a different day rather than the third Wednesday. In December, we have a potluck at a member&#8217;s greenhouse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monthly meetings are held at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/3727+E+Blacklidge+Dr,+Tucson,+AZ+85716\/@32.2618205,-110.9129649,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x86d671e5bc7bb9c5:0x1503bacbf4d79b38?hl=en\">Gem &amp; Mineral Society Building (side entrance), 3727 E.
